I am not getting into moving images………….YET.

From what I can tell you need a subscription. Am I right? Does anyone recommend anything in particular? I played with something a while ago to make this old image move. It was fun, but after a couple of them, I think I was required to pay a subscription. I only do AI stuff for free. I don’t even remember where I did this.
