Amy, you do the most creative use of AI I have seen, specifically use of light and depth. Well done.

You will understand if I cannot take a compliment here. Haha. But I look forward to practicing painting, starting with some exterior latex. Whew. I am gonna need a lot of water :) Gotta keep that paint movin. That will be the real test, won't it *wink :)

Yes I understand that to, but what I see is that you are exercising your visual acuity, maybe even exhausting AIs limits, and you’ll take that knowledge with you, it will undoubtedly inform (such an art speak word) inform your drawings to your paintings. It will be fun to see.

Well, I have to tell you, I was prompting some images made of resin and they were blowing my mind last night. They stayed with me today, in my “minds eye”, I can see them. Resin is so fun because you can add anything to it, watercolor, food coloring, wax, gold dust, dirt, leaves, broken shells, ….whatever. It’s really a lot of fun. I added eyeballs and HOLY COW. You will see them when we put out the stuff I am prompting for Demi’s Tarot deck, she requested an AI-prompted chaos deck. My husband and I have played with resin in real life, it’s a lot of fun. It’s magical stuff :) We have a really nice table covered in sea shells and mosaic tiles that we poured resin over. It has a giant eyeball in the middle where there is a little place to light a fire (in the middle of the eyeball). It’s pretty cool. I am not exhausting it’s limits! I did hit a new level last night though, with these resin images. The more I learn to parse the language, the better the images become. It’s a strange game. I enjoy it for the moment. I never was one for video games and I gave up tv in 2019, so this is what I do instead :) I am interested in how it informs my painting. Once I am painting what I want to paint (not what someone wants as a painting) I will find out.

Hey, I wanted to come back here and say that I know how to think about this now. They are thought experiments. I like thinking of them that way. I am still trying to figure out how to think about this stuff! :) Have a nice weekend.

Haha, here's the chorus of their one hit...1,2,3,4/ 1,2......"Hasta Que Disipe".....3,"DISIPE!" *cue drummer/ Hey, if you keep talking to me and I keep looking up spanish words, in 20 years I might learn something :) You may be onto something :) EDITED: Uh oh, I checked translator. Is it actually Hasta Que se disipe? Ay :) Edited again: 1,2,3,4...Hasta que se disipe, 1, disipe, 4. Off :) Haha.

Jajajaja, this is surreal counting. I used to count to 5 because it would help the guitar player to find the 1🤣 besides I’m really considering making a song with this title. I’ll let you know. 😀

Holy crap, these are fantastic! Silly question but Are the prompts you used exactly as indicated for each picture? If so it’s amazing what the results are. Thanks also for the update on what’s going on with you and congrats on the new gig.

I have a few posts called "free Ai Prompts" in which I share the prompts I used to make those pictures. If you look at them you will see how much is human guided specificity and how much is AI filling in the gaps. There is a LOT of AI filling in the gaps. Is that what you meant? I have found it helps to know things, names of buildings, kinds of material, general laws of physics, concepts like infinity or reverberate, etc. You can have a peek at one of those posts if you would like to see the language. I am using new language now, of course, than what I had demonstrated there. But you can still see "what it takes" and "what it makes". And thanks!

Yay! Now my desktop is filled up with new things to feature. Using them as my backdrop makes me notice so many things. In the small version, I see the main object. But blown up screen size, the textures and side elements really come into their own. It's a phenomenal thing!

Your murals sound so great. And these titles are so funny. Mm...mm... eyebrows!

These all look so good, It's amazing what you can do with your AI programing. Such a large gallery too. Is this a program online that you use or is it running on your own computer?

Chunky Paint Meditation, Remaining Eyesight and Sweet Friend, Who?

Always a pleasure to see your work ;-)

Thanks, I am using Bing Image Creator which is free. If you type in Bing Image Creator on your browser, it will take you there. From there you put in words to prompt images. Presto. :) It's not on my computer, so it doesn't drag my crappy computer down. (I love you computer. Don't listen to me.) Also, I have an external hard drive for the images so I don't bog my computer down that way either. Other people use other programs and I have seen much more impressive output than mine, but I don't want to pay for it. As soon as I have to pay for it, I am probably done. I am just having some fun with it now. I wouldn't mind having a job doing it though. But I support artists more than I want to benefit from AI art. So, we shall see what the future holds. I still have one eye on it....if you know what I mean. It's kind of like the video game I always wished for.
